The boards/forums make this service request available to various businesses per seekers qualifications, who then submit their offers including the cost and terms of service, allowing the seekers to select the best priced service. All with in minutes, on one app, on one tab, no need to search, or need to contact multiple providers, describing the same request many, many time, reducing the overall cost.
